Cancellation Policy

A $1,000 deposit is required at booking and collected online at checkout. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. For groups larger than 13, please call us directly. All charters depart from Bayshore Marina, Coconut Grove, Miami.
